1. Find a Quiet Space: Choose a place where you won’t be disturbed.  

2. Sit Comfortably: Sit in a relaxed posture, either on a chair or on the floor. Keep your back straight but not stiff.  

3. Close Your Eyes: Gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.  

4. Observe Your Breath: Focus on the natural flow of your breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils. Don’t force or control it—just observe.  

5. Stay Present: When your mind wanders (and it will!), gently bring your focus back to your breath.  

 Tips for Beginners  

– Start with just 10 minutes a day and gradually increase the duration. you can take help of an official app provided by VRI on the link given at the end of the post.  

– Be patient with yourself; it’s natural for the mind to wander.  

– Avoid judging your meditation experience—every session is valuable.
